To Stress Or Di-stress? That Is The QuestionLife can throw us a bunch of curve balls. It is up to us whether or not we want to catch them or throw them right back. Sometimes we even want to hit them and hope that they land where it will count the most. What is it? How do you want to handle those curve balls that we call stressful situations? It is totally up to you and the quality of life that you want to lead will depend on it. Do you like living in stressful situations to where you never know what is going to happen to you or your family from a day to day basis? Well, who is going to change that for you? Don't just sit there, stress has no plans in leaving any time soon that if for sure. There is nothing that anyone else will be able to do. Just know that throwing that curve ball back, you may miss the hit? Some stressful situations are meant to be and remain stressful for you. Sometimes it is not good to di-stress right away. You just need to sit and let the next ball come to you. It isn't your fault, so don't even try to bat it. If you strike out, that is okay, let someone else stress out about getting hitting it. Keep that pitcher on his toes and think of him as a giant that just needs to be brought down. Hey your time to bat is coming up next and now is the time to give it your best shot. Now is the time to hit that sucker outfield. Concentrate on the curve and keep your eye on the ball. You already have his strategy down so now you should have it mastered to a 'T'. You should be able to hit that curve way out in left field where all the rookies still play and are wondering about what in the world you were stressing about. They stand there dumbfounded because you have hit the curve ball right on them as they sleep; thinking that you will never hit the ball. Well, surprise, this one's for you Babe!
