Anyone For Some Dose Of Stress?!What is it? Don't we all want just a little bit of stress to add to our already stressful week? Why not, life is all about stress. Am I right? I could be wrong too, but that is up to you to decide. You decide on whether or not I can dose you up good with another shot of stress. Stress is received? Oh, why of course it is. We are the ones who are ultimately responsible for the stress that comes our way and whether or not we want to hold on to it or not. We are the ones who are ultimately seeking the truth on whether or not we want to allow stress into our lives. Although we may not be the ones who bring the circumstance that causes stress, but that is just a circumstance, not stress itself. You don't get stressed after stress. You either get more stress or you stay just like you are. That could mean learning from the stressful situations and moving on or it can mean that you may know a solution, act on it, yet still remain stressed out, ultimately causes more stress and even depression. There are ways around stressful situations when they effect your stress level. There are things that you can do to prevent yourself from being stressed out. A lot of people are meditating now days. They are also practicing yoga. You can relieve stress instead of doing it in ways that will hurt you, like more exercise and sleep as well. These will definitely give you a dose of stress that just simply will never go away, because your worry about it will just attract it to you. That is why it is so important to always think positive and thrive on the good things in life. Everyone wants a little less dosage of drugs in thier life. Let it all start with yours.
