# Suicide Is Not The Answer To Stress.Stress comes to people in so many different ways and amounts that it really is difficult to know what to expect when you begin to get stressed out. The natural reaction for many people who are stressed out is to do absolutely anything that they can to make the stress STOP. Unfortunately, some of the solutions that people turn to simply are not the wisest decisions. People who are under a large amount of stress are capable of behaving quite irrationally. Sometimes people become so overwhelmed by stress that they look at suicide as a viable option for ending the overwhelming feelings. Suicide is not the answer the stress. In fact, it is not a solution for anything at all and is a truly selfish act when you start to realize how many people you will be affecting. There are a myriad of other viable answers for dealing with stress, and none of them even come close to killing yourself as a means of dealing with overwhelming stress or bad feelings. Are you feeling stressed out? Are you feeling like perhaps you cannot handle the stressors that are plaguing your life on a daily basis? If you are considering suicide as a viable option, you need to stop right now and change your way of thinking before it goes down a very dangerous road. The truth about stress is that you can make it go away. There is no stressor that cannot be eliminated from your life. Some take longer than others to resolve, and some are a lot harder to deal with, but they can all be dealt with and eliminated without you having to resort to hurting yourself or taking your own life in the process. If you are feeling like your stress is so difficult to deal with that you want to harm yourself or kill yourself, you need to seek professional assistance as quickly as you can. There are suicide hotlines that will allow you to speak to an experienced professional for free when you simply need someone who will listen to you or give advice. Another option is to seek paid psychological help, such as through therapy or anti depressant medication. The best way to eliminate the stress that is driving you to suicide is simply to lower your stress level. Killing yourself is never the right answer, and suicide is not the answer to dealing with stress, no matter how difficult it seems to be for you right now. Suicide is considered by many people to be a selfish act. This is because when you are driven to suicide by whatever is going on in your life, you probably are not taking many other things into consideration. Who relies on you? Who have you made promises to? Who will expect to speak to you tomorrow? Who will miss you? You must consider these things, the people in your life and what it will mean to them for you to die. Hopefully when you realize what you will be leaving behind, you will understand why suicide simply is not the answer.
